Imperia Hotel Et Suites Boucherville

we recently stayed at the imperia and found it quite pleasant. the pool was nice, albeit on the smaller side, but the room we had was lovely with a decent view. we appreciated that the staff were friendly and spoke english well. the location was perfect, surrounded by several restaurants within a short drive, and only about 20 minutes from all attractions. having tim hortons right next door was a great bonus too!

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met every demand, 100% recommend it. The room was clean and cosy, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were kind, a real pleasure to deal with. Location: the hotel was near to the autoroute as well as shops.

I gotta say, the staff was super nice and the restaurant had a cozy vibe. The location is great too, close to some cute spots to explore. I also enjoyed the sauna; it was a nice touch for our romantic escape! The room was clean which was a big plus.

We faced some issues. The pull-out sofa was uncomfortable, and we had to request room cleaning multiple times—major inconvenience! Plus, everything is an extra charge, from water to snacks, which felt a bit stingy. It just didn’t live up to expectations, and I don’t think we’ll be back.

The shower head required improvisation and parking was scarce due to an event. Soundproofing was an issue, with noise from nearby rooms disrupting our sleep.

No room service available, leaving you to manage your own garbage disposal. Pool access required staff intervention, which could lead to inconvenient waits. Room cleaning services were lacking, with no replenishment of supplies, and controlling the temperature was often tricky-alternating between too hot and too cold.
